We want to be clear from the outset about how much you are likely to pay for our expertise. Here is service price list.

Please note: Work outside the scope of this list will be quoted on an individual basis. These prices will be affected by the amount length of time it takes to complete the work and the cost of materials. As a guide, we have listed our hourly rates below.

Gas boiler service	£80 +VAT
Oil Boiler service​	£122.50 +VAT If parts are required as part of the service these will be quoted for.
Gas and oil work (labour)​	​£80 +VAT per hour with a minimum 1-hour charge. ​Subsequent hours charged in half hour increments.
Plumbing work	£70 +VAT per hour.
​System flush​	​£565 + VAT on a system of up to 10 radiators.
