About UsFix First Heating was set up in August 2020 with the mission of being the most trusted heating company in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
With 20 years' experience repairing, servicing and installing boilers and heating systems in domestic premises. The founder of Fix First Heating Ltd, Chris Welch, felt there was a better, more honest, way of providing heating services to local people. Before starting Fix First Heating, Chris worked with a large heating company which tried to persuade customers to replace their boilers. Their engineers were given financial incentives to get boiler sales staff into customers’ houses. Our vision is to always provide honest advice to our customers. We will never try to sell somebody a boiler they do not need. If your boiler is in good condition, we’ll advise you to keep it and have it thoroughly serviced every year. |

We believe in investing in the future of the plumbing industry by hiring and training apprentices. Our current apprentice, Sam, has been with the company since 2021. It’s really rewarding to see him develop into a confident plumber and heating engineer.
Our aim is to grow Fix First Heating into the most prominent heating company in Peterborough, constantly building our reputation for excellent service, reliability and honesty.
