When our engineer visits, they’ll scan that same QR code and open the boiler’s digital record via the ServiceM8 app. From there they run through a customised service checklist, complete inspection forms, take photos and log everything in real time. That means when they leave, the digital record is already up to date. You’ll then receive a clean, professional PDF service report after the job is done.
